The challenge present in this particular project was building a water treatment plant that will accommodate 14,000 new homes. There was a need to put in water as a condition for approval to sell homes. Wells had to be installed and the water needed to get to the treatment facility to be consumed by customers within Chino’s water services area including but not limited to The Preserve and College Park.

The Murow|CM team utilizes their construction management, scheduling, and cost management services to meet the needs of the client according to their specifications.

This project is still ongoing although it has proceeded in a timely and effective fashion. The Murow|CM team has managed to come in slightly under budget for the physical construction as opposed to the soft cost. Murow|CM has been able to deliver the DDW permits on-schedule which allows for the start of the treatment facility which allows for the water to begin in the system. The project is on-schedule to be completed first quarter 2016.
