REGENT PROPERTIES

Murow | CM has performed numerous constructability studies, risk analysis and value engineering reports for Regent Properties associated with their purchase of the Garrett Group portfolio, which includes seven (7) projects in the Inland Empire (CA). Murow | CM has also provided proforma development for “Robinson Ridge” (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) and “Mariano Ranchos”, (Ventura, CA) a 215-acre project. NBC UNIVERSAL (“NBCU”)

Murow | CM has been involved with NBCU in providing development budgets, value engineering, and planning design alternates. The Universal Hollywood Drive Street Improvement project is part of the $1,000,000,000 NBC Universal “Evolution Plan” to improve the theme park and infrastructure surrounding Universal Studios Hollywood. Murow|CM provides Construction Management and Bid Administration Services.

FOREMOST COMMUNITIES

The Terramor project consists of 890-acres of ungraded property located in the Temescal Valley in Riverside County. The land is being prepared for a planned community of 1,443 homes, a pool, sports park and community center. The project is in Phase 1 of 3 of the mass grading which consists of 203 acres and roughly 3.75 million cubic yards of mass excavation. Murow|CM is providing Construction Management and Bid Administration Services.

STORM PROPERTIES

Murow|CM was utilized to provide Dry Utilities Services for a number of projects, including, McCoy in Harbor City, Cambridge Place in Whittier, Sherman Way in Van Nuys and the Avana Collection.

JAMISON PROPERTIES

Murow|CM was utilized to provide Dry Utilities Services for over a dozen projects in Koreatown, Los Angeles for Jamison Properties.

THE TRUE LIFE COMPANIES

Murow|CM was utilized to provide Dry Utilities, Cost Estimating, and CM at-risk for projects in Palm Desert, La Quinta, and elsewhere for The True Life Companies.

BOEING REALTY GROUP

Pacific Gateway Business Center is a master planned, mixed use development by Boeing Realty in Seal Beach, CA. Constructed in two phases, including demolition of existing Boeing facilities, the project included mass grading, underground improvements, offsite traffic mitigation, street improvements and landscape. WESTAR ASSOCIATES

Murow|CM performed Aerial Documentation Services on the Sendero Marketplace project. Sendero marketplace is a new 11.5 acre neighborhood retail center in Rancho Mission Viejo. The center will serve Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, San Juan Capistrano, and Coto de Caza.

RANCON

Murow|CM performed Cost Estimating, Construction Management Oversight, Bid Administration Services, and Pro Forma and Fee Analysis Services for Rancon Group.

THE SHOPOFF GROUP

Murow|CM performed Dry Utility Coordination and Construction Mangement Oversight services for multiple projects for the Shopoff Group.
